We ship all our products using FedEx every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

Our frozen packages are shipped using FedEx Priority Overnight. Packages arrive the next business day by 8:00-10 am depending on destination zip code. We ship anywhere in the U.S. including Alaska & Hawaii. Currently we are unable to ship frozen product into Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do not require a signature (unless you request it) so please make arrangements to have someone at the destination to receive the package. Biad Chili Products is not responsible for packages that are stolen. Because our product is perishable we are unable to unconditionally guarantee that our product will arrive in perfect condition. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our product or service please contact us we will gladly work with you.

We ship all frozen chile in insulated boxes with Gel Paks. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii use dry-ice. Please be careful when handling dry ice. Left over ice could cause injury.

Chili powders are shipped using FedEx SmartPost. Shipments usually take 2-10 business days within the contiguous U.S. We can ship powders to P.O Boxes.

Recipe Books are shipped using USPS.
