New Mexico State University & Biad Chili Products have produced Biad's Reserve with the New Heritage Varieties. A portion of all online sales are donated to help support NMSU’s chile research program.
Barker’s Hot was developed in New Mexico and is considered the hottest of the NM type varieties. Chilies are a little smaller varying from 5 to 7 inches in length. It is considered an Extra-Hot chile.
